May is National Moving Month — a time when the moving industry shifts into the busy season, it’s also a time to pause and celebrate the people behind the work.
At Berger Allied Moving & Storage, it’s a time we take seriously. With families across the country gearing up for summer relocations, our teams are hard at work making moves as smooth and stress-free as possible.
But great service starts with a great team — and we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our customers.
To kick off the season and recognize our hardworking staff, we hosted a BBQ lunch celebration at our St. Paul headquarters. We were thrilled to welcome team members not just from our St. Paul office, but also from Logix Transportation, Commercial Truck & Mobile Repair, and Relocation Today. It was a moment to step back, recharge, and enjoy a meal together before diving into the busiest season of the year.
Grills were fired up and we made hot dogs and burgers. Salads from Nelson Cheese & Deli, chips, drinks, and desserts made sure everyone left full and smiling. We also celebrated our May birthdays — a long-standing tradition here at Berger that reminds us how much people matter.
So, what does National Moving Month mean to us?
It’s more than just volume or demand. It’s about showing up with integrity, empathy, and care — even when things get busy. It’s about being there for our customers on one of the biggest days of their lives, and doing everything we can to make it go smoothly. It’s about supporting one another so we can deliver the kind of experience that sets Berger apart.
While this celebration was a lighthearted pause, it reflects something deeper: a strong, supportive culture that carries through to every move we make. When you choose Berger, you’re choosing a company that invests in its people — and in turn, delivers better care, attention, and service to you.
As National Moving Month continues, Berger Allied Moving & Storage is proud to serve families and businesses with professionalism, compassion, and experience you can trust.
