Your confirmation email will include instructions for joining your virtual meeting. During the consultation, your relocation consultant may ask you to walk through your home using your phone or tablet so they can better understand the size and scope of your move.

If You Scheduled an In-Home Consultation

Your relocation consultant will arrive during your scheduled appointment window to complete a walk-through of your home and discuss your moving needs.

To help us prepare an accurate estimate, please:

• Ensure all rooms and storage areas are accessible.
• Include any items currently stored in the garage, basement, attic, or storage units that will be moving.
• Let us know about oversized, delicate, or specialty items such as pianos, antiques, artwork, safes, or exercise equipment.
• Mention any services you may need, including packing, unpacking, storage, or vehicle shipping.
