Quality-Protection
Berger
is committed to customer satisfaction. In order to
sustain our process of continuous improvement, a Quality
of Service Audit (QSA) is conducted by an independent
third party on Berger’s behalf to measure customer
satisfaction on each household goods move. The QSA
measures performance in relation to specific agent
services by functional roles and the effectiveness of
how well the system manages the relocation process.
These results assist Berger in developing effective
recognition, training and operational practices. Berger
drivers must complete a professional driver development
program. This hands-on program is designed to ensure
driver quality in load/unload techniques, paperwork
preparation, customer service, communication skills and
claim prevention. Berger vehicles are also inspected
daily by the driver and formally inspected twice a year
to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of your
items.
